Privacy & cookies

When you request a place we store your name, email and (optionally) WhatsApp number so Rima can contact you about the workshop. Payment is handled by the official Wim Hof Method booking page.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook and Instagram), to measure page visits and booking enquiries coming from our ads and to improve who sees them. It records information such as pages viewed, browser details, IP address and Meta cookies, sent both from your browser and from our server (Conversions API). We do not send your name, email or phone number to Meta.

In the UK and EU the pixel only runs if you click "Accept". You can withdraw or change your choice at any time; it takes effect immediately.

For questions or to ask us to delete your details, contact Rima via WhatsApp on +44 7775 559017.
